The NIMH's film collection contains over 3000 films and about 2500 videotapes and DVDs covering a wide range of subjects. Examples are:

•  military instruction films;
•  amateur footage of Dutch soldiers; 
•  documentaries
•  British and American information films from the 1950s and 1960s.
